Why ReaLawState?

As the real estate industry evolves, so too must REALTORS® evolve. The meteoric rise in property values has resulted in an increasing disconnect between the amount of commission payable for sales and the underlying value for services provided by the brokerage. Services provided by brokerages have remained static while commission compensation has sky rocketed.  To address this issue, ReaLawState brings together the valuable marketing tools of REALTORS®, the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and integrates them with full legal and other professional services to provide unsurpassed value for commission earned.

What Sets ReaLawState Apart?

As a licensed real estate brokerage, we have diligently studied the real estate transaction, and have constructed a service model focused on providing a level of value to clients that is unmatched by traditional brokerages.

We recognize that lawyers play a critical role throughout the entire real estate transaction and your retainer of legal counsel from the outset, facilitates the expansion of the lawyer’s role to include planning, negotiating, structuring and drafting of all contracts and ancillary documentation necessary to execute on your intentions. This also allows for the streamlining of process and the mitigation of risk. These benefits usually come at a cost in addition to the commission paid to the real estate brokerage. Not so for ReaLawState.

Although independently retained, we integrate our services with experienced legal counsel of your choice with fees to be deducted by Direction from standard commissions paid the brokerage.

Although you may use legal counsel of your choosing by agreement, we have an affiliation with Alloway and Associates Professional Corporation, allowing us to become one team with one goal, all paid for by the commission and our systems allow for documentation preparation which delivers integrated contracts. By doing so, we become the optimal blend of full legal service being provided a traditional brokerage driven sale.

However, the integration and value does not end there. ReaLawState has partnered with other service providers to deliver a comprehensive suite of real estate services to clients, to be included in the commission paid which, depending on the value of the transaction, may include home inspection, appraisals, surveys, photography, virtual tours, custom property websites, home staging consultation, web marketing, social media marketing, traditional print marketing, and more.
